Speed Queen Washer Repair – Louisville, OH (SWNSX2SP112TW01)

Louisville Appliance Repair recently completed a service call on Kennedy St in Louisville, OH, where a Speed Queen commercial washer at a rental unit was reported to not be emptying water properly. Samuel arrived at the property and found the machine in error mode with a small amount of water remaining in the drum. After locating a shut-off cold water valve and turning it back on, followed by a power cycle, the washer ran through a complete cycle and drained and spun without any issues, resolving the problem with no parts needed.

The Repair

Washing machine was in error mode when I arrived. There was a small amount of water sitting in the bottom of the drum. I found the cold water valve was shut off. After turning the valve on and power cycling the unit, it proceeded through a cycle. Washes, drain and spins fine. ? it appears that somebody shut the cold water off midcycle for some reason.
