A GE dryer at a home on Walnut Rd SE in Massillon, OH had stopped responding when the start button was pressed. Samuel visited the home and found that the timer knob was split, causing it to spin freely without actually turning the timer. Replacing the knob resolved the issue and the dryer was reinstalled and returned to service.
