Louisville Appliance Repair recently completed a service call on W. Main St. in Malvern, OH, where a Samsung washer, model WF365BTBGWR/A2-01, was not filling with water and would not finish its cycles. Samuel visited the home, checked the valves and screens, and pulled the drain hose out of the wall drain, after which the washer began working properly. No parts were needed to complete the repair.
