Maytag Dishwasher Repair – Massillon, OH (MAYTAG W1019945)

When a Massillon, OH homeowner on Spindle St NW noticed their Maytag dishwasher leaking, they called Louisville Appliance Repair for an in-home evaluation. Samuel visited the address, tightened the hose connection to the water valve, and later confirmed on a follow-up visit that no active leak was present. With the customer planning to replace the unit, the call wrapped up with the existing dishwasher showing no further signs of leaking.

The Repair

Customer was concerned that dishwasher was still leaking. I opened the kick plate on the front of it and was able to verify that there was no water leaking. They had just run a cycle prior to me coming and there was dry loose dust very visible under the entire dishwasher. There was no leak evident from the dishwasher. The flooring and toe kick of the cabinet were also dry. Customer is planning on replacing the dishwasher. The new dishwasher will come with a new drain hose which should resolve any concerns of leak from the dishwasher anyway.
