Samsung Washer Repair – Canton, OH (WF45H6300AG/A2)

Louisville Appliance Repair recently completed a service call on Pear Ave NW in Canton, OH for a Samsung front-load washer, model WF45H6300AG/A2, reported to have a rattling sound during drum rotation and a water leak around the door following an incident with the soap drawer. Samuel visited the home to inspect the unit and assess both concerns. No parts were needed for this visit, and the findings were shared with the customer based on what was observed during the appointment.

The Problem

1. Rattling sound when drum rotates
2. Accidentally left soap drawer out, leaked water, replaced drawer, dried up everything, continued to drip water from door, even 30 minutes after load was done.
It leaked water once before, then stopped. Not sure why.

The Repair

Water leak appeared to have come from the door after water leaked from the dispenser. As far as I can tell, the noise is coming from the balance ring on the washer. This isn’t an easily serviceable repair. It would be best to replace the machine if it gets to the point of preventing the machine from operating.
