A Whirlpool washer at a home on Chicago Place Northwest in Canton, OH had stopped washing clothes, prompting a call to Louisville Appliance Repair. Samuel arrived on-site and replaced the coupler and input shaft seal on the washer to restore normal operation. While on the visit, he also replaced a drum support roller in the accompanying Maytag dryer and swapped the dryer door to open from the opposite direction.

The Repair
Replaced one drum support roller in the dryer. Replaced the coupler and Input shaft seal on the washer. While I was working on the dryer,I swapped the door to open from the other direction.
Parts replaced: 12001541 (support); 285753A (coupling); 285352 (seal-oil).
