Maytag Washer Repair – Minerva, OH (MVWC416FW1)

Louisville Appliance Repair recently completed a service call in Minerva, OH, where a Maytag washer, model MVWC416FW1, was leaking from the bottom. Samuel visited the home on Murray Avenue and replaced the transmission assembly and hub to resolve the issue. Following the repair, the washer was confirmed to be operating normally.

Replaced the transmission assembly and hub. Operation is normal. This is a relatively common issue with these washers. The tub seal goes out and then water drips onto the bearings and trashes the transmission.
