Louisville Appliance Repair recently visited a customer on Valleywood Dr NE in Massillon, OH to take a look at a Whirlpool dishwasher, model MDB7749SBM2, that was failing to clean dishes on the top rack. Samuel inspected the unit and found that the chopper and screen were missing from the wash pump inlet, the spray arms were packed with food and debris, and the top spinner was completely absent. Given the overall cost of the repair, the customer decided to replace the dishwasher rather than restore it.

The Repair

The chopper and screen was missing from the wash pump inlet. As a result the spray arms were full of food and crud. Also the top spinner was totally missing. Due to the cost of the repair, customer replaced the unit.
