A rental property owner in Louisville called about their Speed Queen commercial washer that does not seem to be emptying water. When we arrived at the Kennedy Street location, we found the washing machine was in error mode with a small amount of water sitting in the bottom of the drum.

The Problem

It appears that somebody shut the cold water off midcycle for some reason, causing the unit to error out and stop the cycle before completing the drain sequence.
