On a service call to Broadway Ave NE in Louisville, OH, Samuel found a GE refrigerator that had stopped making ice. The ice maker arm was sticking and not cycling on its own, preventing ice production. Replacing the ice maker unit resolved the problem.

Freezer temps look good, ice that is an ice bin looks good as far as shape, Unit has good water flow. Arm on icemaker is sticking so it is not cycling unless Unit gets bumped and arm pops loose. Replaced icemaker. Good to go.
