On a service call to Chapple Hill Dr NE in North Canton, Samuel found a Samsung dishwasher with a door that would swing open on its own, the result of a failed door hinge cord. The cord was replaced and the dishwasher was returned to proper operation.

Replaced door hinge cord. Good to go. ? Customer recently had kitchen flooring replaced. The flooring strip under the dishwasher does not have the support that it should have. It’s just floating down under the dishwasher feet and not very stable. If any issues arise from this, the flooring company will need to come out and resolve that.
