On a service call to West Broadway in Alliance, OH, Samuel found a Samsung gas range with an oven that glowed orange but wouldn’t heat up. The culprit was a weak igniter, and after replacing it the oven was back in working order.
The Problem
The oven is glowing orange, but not heating up, and the stove top burners are working fine.
The Repair
Igniter only pulling 2.5 A instead of the 3.2 to 3.6 that it should be. Replaced big igniter. Good to go.
