Washes fine but won’t rinse out.
The Repair
Unit stored F8E1, long fill/no fill. Rinses fill cold only; cold inlet screen was restricted and drain hose was siphoning, so rinse fill could not reach level and cycle timed out, leaving load soapy. Cleaned cold inlet screen, flow at least doubled. Drain hose siphoning still to be corrected — hose must sit no more than 4.5” into standpipe with air gap. Bearing, gearcase, hub and shocks all good.

Won’t finish cycle. Stored codes F7E9 locked rotor, F2E1 UI stuck button. Service diagnostic verification cycle passed through step 016, failed 017 low speed spin. Washplate splines stripped. Found water leaking past tub bearing seal. No seal or bearing serviced separately on this platform — tub, drive and washplate all required. Repair cost exceeds unit value. Recommended replacement.
