Unit completely dead. Main control board from power outage. Verified 120 bolts/neutral two board. Verified compressor/fan circuit/defrost circuit. Replaced control, good to go.

Found water valve to washing machine shut off. She recently had a faucet replaced in the bathroom and it looks like the plumber shut the water off to her laundry room for some reason. Turned water back on and verified water flow to washing machine. Good to go.
