Samuel was on a service call to a residential property on W Main St in Alliance, OH, where a shared basement laundry had two dryers and one was completely out of service. He inspected both units, identified the fault in the down dryer, and had it running again before leaving the job.

The Problem

Tenant reports a dryer not working (one of two dryers in the basement laundry is out). Check both, repair the down unit. Capture model/serial on site.

The Repair

Push to start switch shorted. Needs time selector/push the start button assembly.

Replaced push to start button/assembly. Reconnected vent. Good to go.
