GE Washer Repair – Akron, OH (PTW600BSR1WS)

Customer reported lid hinges broken; washer would not start because the lid closure was not being sensed. Confirmed hinge damage on the lid. Installed new GE lid assembly (WH10X40097, glass frame lid asm, white). Verified lid closes and latches properly, lid lock engages, and washer starts and runs normally. Repair complete.
