GE Washer Repair – Canton, OH (GTW685BSL1WS)

A GE washer at a home on Holt St SE in Canton, OH was giving its owner some real trouble, showing an H3 error code on the panel, failing to drain, and leaking water onto the floor. The unit would agitate but would not enter the spin cycle, leaving the tub full of water and the wash cycle incomplete. Samuel visited the home, replaced the main control board, and got the washer running properly again.

The Problem

Good morning I’m not sure what’s going on but something not right H3 appeared on the panel in a water is not draining out and it’s leaking water all over the floor. When I open the lid the panel reset so the h3 is not there anymore but the tub is still filled with water so the cycle never finished

The Repair

Unit will not enter spin. Agitates fine. Replaced main board, good to go.
