On the range, the oven igniter had failed and wasn’t generating enough heat to open the gas valve. For the dishwasher, the drain pump had stopped working, leaving standing water in the bottom of the unit.

- Parts replaced: 316489403 ignitor, 00631200 drain pump
- Work performed: Replaced oven igniter and installed new drain pump
- Result: It lit in 45 seconds and preheated to 350° in 9 minutes
