A customer on 9th Street Northwest in Canton, Ohio noticed their LG WT4801CW top-load washer was leaking from underneath, though the machine was otherwise still running. Samuel visited the home to investigate and could not locate an active leak, as the customer had recently installed new supply hoses that may have been the source. He did find one corroded hose, shortened it, and reinstalled it, with the customer advised to follow up if the leaking returned.
