The Problem

This model fridge had a design flaw in the ice maker cavity that caused it to ice up in the ice room and freeze a large blob of ice on the back of the freezer. For the dishwasher, when replacing the garbage disposal, the plumber failed to remove the plug on the dishwasher drain.

• Work performed: Installed an updated air handler kit and a new ice maker, corrected the dishwasher drain issue
• Result: After correcting the issue, the dishwasher drains properly and the refrigerator cooling system functions normally
