“We service that brand” is not the same as “factory-authorized”
Almost every appliance shop in Akron will tell you they work on Bosch, GE, or Speed Queen. Most are telling the truth — they will come out and attempt the repair. But factory authorization is a separate thing, and it is what protects you on premium and in-warranty appliances:
