Diagnosis

This is a Samsung made GE dryer. The idler pulley has the same problems that the rest of the Samsung dryers have. The motor on the dryer was also giving trouble during our follow-up visit.

• Parts ordered: New idler pulley (was back ordered at all normal parts suppliers)
• Customer decision: When the part came in, customer was unwilling to put the cost of a new motor in it and chose to run the dryer until it quit and replace it
