Why call us for your Alliance Appliance Center appliance?

Alliance Appliance Center was a longtime BrandSource dealer carrying GE, Maytag, Hotpoint, Speed Queen, and other major brands. When a local dealer closes, two things go away: where you bought the appliance, and the service team that knew the brand. Louisville Appliance Repair restores both.

We hold four concurrent factory authorizations — GE, Speed Queen, Bosch, and Thermador — and we are the only independent appliance repair company in Stark County holding all four. That matters most when your appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, but it matters even after the warranty expires: factory-authorized service means manufacturer training, OEM parts, and direct technical support from the brand.

Maytag, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Amana, Hotpoint

Alliance Appliance Center also carried Maytag and Hotpoint as part of their BrandSource lineup. We service all of these brands at the same depth as our authorized brands: experienced techs, OEM parts, and high first-call completion rates. Hotpoint is part of the GE family, which our GE authorization covers directly.

Bosch & Thermador Factory Authorized

If you've upgraded to a Bosch or Thermador appliance since Alliance Appliance Center closed, we are the only independent in Stark County factory authorized for both. Bosch service details →

Yes, for any brand we are factory authorized to service (GE, Speed Queen, Bosch, Thermador), we can perform manufacturer warranty work directly. The warranty is between you and the manufacturer, not the dealer, so a closed dealer does not invalidate your warranty. Bring your model and serial number when you call and we will verify warranty status.

No, those are two different companies. Alliance Laundry Systems is the Wisconsin-based manufacturer of Speed Queen. Alliance Appliance Center was an independent Alliance, Ohio retailer (now closed). Louisville Appliance Repair is an authorized Speed Queen servicer — we work with Alliance Laundry Systems for Speed Queen warranty service, but we are not part of either company.

For DIY repairs, V&V Appliance Parts in the Canton area is the regional OEM parts supplier. For service jobs we run, we carry the common GE and Speed Queen parts on the truck so most repairs complete on the first visit. Call us first — if it turns out to be a simple part swap, we will tell you straight rather than upsell a service call.
