Samuel visited the home on Countryside Drive Northwest, unplugged the water valve, checked for voltage, and found it was good, so he plugged it back in and the unit began working properly. He tested it several times with successful results, and the customer was advised to reach out if the issue returned, with the service call covered for 30 days.

From what my wife, Barbara, says it does not appear to be pumping water.

** Not pumping water in. Unplugged water valve and checked for voltage,was good so plugged back in and it started working. Tried it several times and was fine . If it does same thing again let us know. Service call good for 30 days with current issue.
