• Parts replaced: DC97-14486A Assembly Duct Heater, DC96-00887C Thermal Fuse, DC93-00634A Idler Pulley
• Work performed: Replaced the heat element and fuse, and also replaced the idler pulley on the belt while the unit was apart
• Result: Symptoms are resolved and unit is operating normally
