The heat element had given out. During inspection, we also found the dryer vent tests partially obstructed, which likely contributed to the element failure by causing the system to overheat.

- Work performed: Replaced the element and cleaned the right rear roller shaft
- Additional findings: The rest of the rollers and pulleys look good
