Kenmore Washer Repair (Model 110.47789701) – Alliance, OH

Louisville Appliance Repair recently made a service visit to a home on Baldwin Avenue in Alliance, OH to look at a Kenmore washer displaying a SUD error code during the rinse cycle. Samuel visited the home on two separate occasions to diagnose the issue, and while the washer ran through a cycle without error on the first visit, the SUD code returned on the follow-up call. After the second visit, the customer decided to replace the unit rather than proceed with further repairs.

The Problem

When it goes to rinse clothes it comes up with a code SUD and won’t was clothes.

The Repair

Still SUD error. Customer will replace. Likely bad bearings.

** did not find any error codes,ran it through a cycle and it worked ok. There is a possibility that the bearings are going out which would cost close to 600. Dollars to replace. Check the soap and make sure it’s HE for front load and put in just a small amount because to much soap can cause the sud error.
