GE Refrigerator Repair – Louisville, OH (TFX20JAXAAA)

On a service call to Edmar St in Louisville, OH, Samuel found a GE refrigerator leaking water from the freezer. The drain trough had iced over and was obstructing the defrost drain, preventing water from reaching the drain pan below. Samuel cleared the ice, verified drain flow, and cycled the defrost timer, with a follow-up planned to investigate the underlying cause.

Defrost the drain trough in freezer was obstructed again. I verified that the defrost drain tube from the trough to the pan was clear. No apparent reason for trough to ice off. I cleared the ice, cycled defrost timer and made sure that it was flowing freely currently. Will investigate further and touch back with Customer.
