GE Range Repair – Canton, OH (JB645RKSS)

On a service call to Canton, OH, Samuel Willhite inspected a GE range (model JB645RKSS) after the customer reported receiving shocks when touching the knobs and handles. After a thorough inspection and voltage testing at the terminal block, no short to ground was found on the stove itself, and the issue was traced to the home’s electrical supply.
