LG Washer Repair – Massillon, OH (WM2101HW)

A customer in Massillon called about their LG washer that had water sitting on the bottom and wouldn’t spin. When we arrived, the water was gone and the machine did spin in diagnostic mode, but we needed to find what was causing the intermittent problem.

The Problem

Diagnosis

Even though the washer appeared to be working when we tested it in diagnostic mode, the intermittent drainage issue pointed to a blockage in the drain system. We checked the drain hose and found the culprit upstream from the coin trap.
