Samuel visited the home and discovered a mouse nest clogging the condenser fan and coil area, with debris wrapped around the fan motor shaft. After clearing the obstruction, the unit returned to normal operation and was cooling down by the time the call was complete.

Customer has not used refrigerator in a number of years. He said it completely quit cooling. I found a big mouse nest in the condenser fan/condenser coil area. There was definitely debris wrapped around the condenser fan motor shaft so I know this was present at the time of the fridge failure. Cleared fan, unit is running normally. It is cooling down at this point. Should be good to go.
