After testing voltage through the door and tracing the issue to the user interface board, the diagnosis was confirmed but the part is no longer available, leaving replacement as the only path forward.

Samsung dishwasher had 120 V to the terminal block. Disassembled door, 13 V and 5 V respectively to the user interface. User interface was dead. User interface is no longer available, customer to replace dishwasher.
