Diagnosed customer noise complaint on Speed Queen gas dryer. Found worn drum support rollers, dry-rotted belt, and heavy lint accumulation in cabinet. Installed maintenance kit D519214: two drum support rollers, belt, idler pulley, and two front drum glides. Cleaned lint from cabinet cavity and burner assembly. Verified burner ignition and flame cycling, drum seals, blower wheel, and motor pulley — all within spec. Test cycle confirmed quiet operation and proper heat. Exhaust vent is heavily obstructed; duct runs into the floor and exit point could not be located for inspection. Flexible transition hose at rear of dryer confirmed properly attached. Customer advised in-wall/underfloor duct requires professional vent cleaning ASAP — restricted airflow will extend dry times and is a fire risk. Paid in full by check.
