Samuel responded to a service call on Edgewood Dr in Salem, OH for a Speed Queen washer reported to be making noise during the wash cycle. During the visit, the noise could not be replicated in the home. No parts were replaced, and the next steps for this unit are still being worked out with the customer.

Customer complaint of grinding/cooking noise in wash cycle. They had a video of it. I was unable to replicate it when I was in the home. They said it happened over multiple cycles. They are very frustrated with the unit at this point. It has been completely rebuilt. The front end and dry board have been replaced twice. He is not very happy with the situation and trying to figure out where to go from here.
