A Samsung dryer on Ravenna Ave in East Canton stopped turning after the drum began making noise, and the belt had already been replaced once before. Samuel found the real culprit on this service call: a locked-up rear support roller. After swapping it out and reassembling the unit, the dryer tested normal before he left.

Right hand rear support roller was locked up. Replaced with customer supplied roller. Reassemble dryer. Left vent disconnected so Customer could clean out vent in wall to outside of house. Dryer tests normal.
