Whirlpool washer WFW70HEBW0 was taking too long to finish. Cleared a clean-cycle error and secured a loose pressure hose rubbing the rotor to restore normal cycles.
Washer went out of balance during spin. We found weak shocks and a worn drive hub; recommended shock kit and hub replacement, but customer chose a new unit.
A Whirlpool dishwasher filled but never washed. Diagnosis confirmed a failed circulation pump; replacing the wash pump restores normal cleaning.
