Samuel arrived to find the main unit of this dual-washer system full of water, and after verifying the drain hose was clear, he replaced the drain pump to resolve the issue. The washer was back in working order by the end of the visit.

Dual washer. Small washer on top and main front load on bottom. Main unit was full of water when i arrived. Customer complaint no drain/spin. Could hear drain pump running. Verified drain hose was clear. Replace drain pump. Good to go.
