A customer in Alliance called about their GE washer leaking with water on the floor. Our diagnostic inspection revealed the leak was coming from the dispenser area, with water valve and drawer assembly issues identified.

The Problem

No software updates needed. The only place water is visibly leaking is out the form of the dispenser. I physically/visibly inspected the water valve, door boot, vent in front and back. Could not find any other leaks.
